• The state/local government protocol ( 409 KB) establishes roles and responsibilities of state government and local government in the Queensland system of local government.
• It also fulfils the Queensland Government’s obligations under the National IGA ( 22 KB) (National Inter-governmental Agreement establishing principles to guide inter-governmental relations on local government matters).
